Andrea Stroeve-Sawa, a fourth-generation caretaker of Shipwheel Cattle Feeders Ltd., helms a diverse operation rooted in holistic management, including a yearling grazing program, a 5500 head feedlot, and sustainable practices like compost production and carbon storage in soil. Passionate about elevating the role of women in agriculture, Andrea blends family involvement with rigorous conservation methods to face the modern challenges of farming, emphasizing the health of both land and livestock.

Our Cattle spend the majority of their life on grass and then are finished for 150 days on grain to create that perfect balance.
